From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. If payment is done and we cancel the order, we will notify you and fully refund you for the amount charged.

If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, the customer have to notify us within 24h of the delivery date, evidence shall be constituted by the date of the courier deposit slip. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.


Valkiria Extreme is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, arising from sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published in site, including delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, the correspondence the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor any other event not directly chargeable to Valkiria Extreme.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to goods passes to you on delivery in accordance with these Terms.

Products availability
All products on the site Valkiria may be available in stock or on request.

All products purchased in our store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In order to benefit of that, the customer must keep the invoice or the delivery note that he will receive along with the products purchased.

In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:

Custom ordered items (specifically ordered for you from manufacturer) cannot be returned and refunded even if they are in perfect condition.

The shipping fees are charged to the customer. If you return items to us that do not comply with the above requirements, we will return them to you at your cost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for 0% VAT customers outside the EU)
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 3 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at custom.
