Returns In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:

2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damage If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, the customer have to notify us within 24h of the delivery date, evidence shall be constituted by the date of the courier deposit slip. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Custom ordered items (specifically ordered for you from manufacturer) cannot be returned and refunded even if they are in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The shipping fees are charged to the customer. If you return items to us that do not comply with the above requirements, we will return them to you at your cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
